Amerisure’s iterative and agile approach actively incorporated feedback from both employees and policyholders to fine-tune the audit process. The focus on continuous feedback, clear change management, and automated scheduling through an online portal transformed the policyholder audit experience. Policyholders benefited from a simplified, self-service process that kept them informed via email and text communications, ensuring they were always up-to-date and engaged throughout the audit.
